 "Ghost Kitchens International" (USA Brand known as One Kitchen) are kitchens where restaurant branded meals are prepared for takeout and delivery. With One Kitchen, multiple brands operate out of the same kitchen with one team of staff, lowering costs for all operators involved. Enter Ghost Kitchens Canada- parent company to One Kitchen USA.  Currently we have negociated leases in Walmart stores throughout the country. Each Ghost Kitchen has 100's of national, regional and local brands for customers to choose from.  Of those brands, One Kitchen will offer up to 20 brand menu items preferred by each stores local demographics.  The premise is simple, One Kitchen operations with minimal staffing utilizing the latest technology with locations in Walmarts offering extremely attractive lease rates and offering recognizable national, regional and local  brands.   

As of July 2024, a One Kitchen Franchise is $50,000.   Unique to Ghost Kitchen, FIXED percentage leases have been negociated in Walmarts nationwide...lease rates that include all utilities!  Ask for our Walmart location list which shows in-store traffic and store sales volume.  Located near the checkout area of each Walmart....each One Kitchen has a built in clientel of hundreds of hungry shoppers every day!  

Fixturizaion costs vary from store to store.  As Walmart is investing over $1.9B in store renovations and updates, they desire to be more relevant by upgrading their older in-store fast food restaurants.  Many locations have fixtures in place that can be used in the One Kitchen upgrade. The cost varies from location to location depending on existing fixtures.  Yet, franchises are not limted to Walmart locations only....and can be opened in freestanding locations also.   

Ghost Kitchens International (GKI)/ One Kitchen has partnered with over 100 national,regional and local brands to provide the best choice of offerings taylored to your stores demographics.  Included are Mr Beast Burger, Saladworks, Cinnabon, Cheese Cake Factory, Quiznos, Dickies Barbeque, Jamba, Taco Del Mar, Nathan's Famous, Inc. Red Bull, Nescafe and Ben & Jerrys to name a few of the over 100 Brands available.
